3i introduces Vector™, a high-speed two-axis scanner. Accepting input from a variety of laser sources from UV to visible to near IR, Vector can mount to any microscope port to perform a variety of scanning applications. The highly controllable and sharply focused illumination from Vector allows for a number of investigative methods, from quantitative photobleaching analysis to direct specimen manipulation techniques such as photoablation., designed for high-speed multiphoton imaging of live animals and tissue. The High Speed Galvo Port Switcher is part of the Vector line of modular components that enable custom advanced microscope applications, allowing for the direct combination of multiple devices and methods.
