Vivo 2-Photon™ is designed for high-speed multiphoton imaging of live
animals and tissue. Built on the Vector™ scanning system, it can acquire
whole fields, sets of arbitrary regions, and lines. With synchronized z focus
and power modulation, Vivo 2-Photon can collect multiple volumes per
second, with laser power optimized for varying depths and eliminating any
excitation in unwanted regions.
Multi-Photon Imaging
- Large under-objective workspace
- High-speed imaging - at least four 512 x 512 FPS and 1,500 LPS
- Bi-directional scanning available for maximum acquisition speed
- Dual GaAsP PMT nosepiece with easily interchangeable emission filter blocks
- Synchronized z focus and laser modulation for optimal power at varying z depths
- Blanking in overscan and user-selected regions minimizes photodamage
- Multiple integration and frame averaging options for increased signal-to-noise
- Complete transmitted light and widefield epifluorescence illumination pathways
- Large, automated stage enables multi-position (6D) acquisition
- Optional camera allows for widefield acquisition
